Booking Terms and Conditions

All reservations at Zuideinde Booking are subject to availability and require confirmation by our booking team. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation of your reservation.

Room rates quoted at the time of booking are guaranteed for your confirmed dates, provided the booking is not modified. However, rates may fluctuate based on seasonal demand, special events in Amsterdam, or limited room availability. All quoted prices include applicable taxes, such as VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional services, such as spa treatments, dining, or other amenities, are subject to separate charges based on our current rate schedule, which is available upon request.

We strive to accommodate special requests, such as room preferences or accessibility needs, but these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment policies at Zuideinde Booking vary depending on the type of reservation and rate selected. Standard reservations typically require full payment upon arrival at the hotel, while advance purchase or promotional rates may require immediate payment at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash payments in Euros. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in to cover incidental charges, such as room service, minibar usage, or other additional services, and for a security deposit.

Our cancellation policies are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring operational efficiency. For standard bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date incur no penalty. However, cancellations made after this period may result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay. Advance purchase or special promotional rates may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation email. Guests who fail to arrive (no-shows) will be charged the full amount for the first night, and the remainder of the reservation may be cancelled unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method used. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation and payment terms included in your booking confirmation to avoid any surprises. Guest Responsibilities and Hotel Policies

Guests are expected to uphold the standards of our luxury establishment by treating fellow guests, staff, and hotel property with respect. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All guests must present valid photo identification (passport, driver’s license, or equivalent) at check-in to verify their identity and booking details.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor common areas to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for your convenience. Pets are permitted in select rooms with prior arrangement and may be subject to additional cleaning fees or restrictions. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of hotel policies. This includes but is not limited to damage to furniture, fixtures, or linens beyond normal wear and tear.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, harassment, or any actions that compromise the safety or comfort of others. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request that guests leave the premises if these policies are violated, without refund for unused portions of the stay. Our staff is trained to enforce these policies fairly and professionally to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

Liability and Modifications

Zuideinde Booking takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. However, we are not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. We strongly recommend using in-room safes or hotel safe deposit boxes to secure valuables, such as jewelry, electronics, or important documents. The hotel’s liability for any claim, including but not limited to service disruptions or unforeseen incidents, is limited to the cost of your accommodation for the affected nights.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational challenges, Zuideinde Booking reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations with appropriate notice and, where possible, offer alternative accommodations or refunds. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to travel disruptions or other external factors beyond our control.
